CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ABS CLASS   30 minutes of abdominal strengthening exercises.

Excellent core conditioning class.

 

ADVANCED STEP    High energy step workout for calorie burning, toning, and strengthening muscles. Sculpting and abdominal exercises included in this class.  Advanced Class.

SPINNING   Get hooked on the original indoor cycling class a non-impact cardiovascular workout.  Burn 600-900 calories per class!

 

STEP & SCULPT   Step is used to strengthen the lower body.  Weights, bands, and bars are added to sculpt the upper body. Fat burning -All Levels

 

T’AI CHI    The traditional eastern art of self-defense and meditation.  Stress reduction, stretching, and toning for better health and concentration.
