We offer a variety of classes for every level of fitness!  As a BFT Member, attend any Group Fitness class for only $3! Or pop in as a guest for only a $10 guest charge!

 
 

Abs Blast

Saturdays
9am – 10am

Focusing on all Abs and Core, this class will attack that 6-Pack.

Body Explosion

Thursdays
9am – 10am

A challenging and fiery mix of cardio, resistance, and core training; from kicks to curls, planks to push-ups.

Body Shape

Wednesdays
10am – 11am & 6pm-7pm

A non-aerobic class that is for slimming, defining, strengthening, and stretching the body - great for toning the whole body.

Brickhouse

Saturdays
11am – 12pm

Come have fun while you workout in a great class that works the whole body! The class integrates cardio work with weights plus extra abdominal exercises.

 

 

Cardio Combo

Wednesdays
9am – 10am

One-hour of pure CARDIO! Aerobics, Step, and more to get an amazing workout with great variety.  Strength training included for extra toning! 

Cardio & Step

Mondays
9:30am – 10:30am

Great fat and calorie burning class for all levels of fitness. This class also includes body sculpting and abdominal exercises for additional fat burning and toning.

Cardio & Tone

Fridays
9:30am – 10:30am

Tuesdays
6pm – 7pm

Come weekly to a class with the perfect combo - high intensity cardio and full-body toning exercises.  

Crossfit Cardio Combo 

Mondays
7pm – 8pm

This is a high-intensity class that incorporates exercises that promote cardio fitness and strength & conditioning training.  Using just body weight drills, we’ll be sure to sculpt and tone your muscles.

 

 

Happy Hour Spin

Fridays
6pm - 7pm

This is an all-level fitness class with a disco-like experience. Come ride along to upbeat music and forget you're even working out!

Hot Power Yoga

Mondays
6pm – 7pm

This is an all-level class that incorporates body-weight strengthening and toning exercises with traditional yoga poses.  The class is practiced in a heated room to promote safe flexibility and greater intensity.

Kickbox & Sculpt

Mondays
10:30am – 11:30am

Tuesdays
6pm – 7pm

Energetic, high intensity class to pump you up and burn a lot of calories.  The class includes sculpting and toning with weights.

Pilates

Wednesdays
10am – 11am

Sundays
8am – 9am

Resistance training with extra emphasis on core strengthening and aligning.  The class works on core strength to give a more toned, more flexible body.

 

 

Step & Sculpt

Tuesdays
9am – 10am

Sundays (Advanced)
9am – 10am

High-energy workout using a step to burn calories, as well as tone and strengthen muscles.

Total Abs & More

Wednesdays
7pm – 8pm

This class will attack your core bringing you one step closer to that 6-pack!  Other full body exercises are incorporated making this class perfect for your every fitness need.

Tyrone's Choice

Thursdays
11am – 12pm

With the promise of constant variety, come work-out your whole body under Tyrone's direction. 

 

Yoga

Tuesdays
10am – 11am

Promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation, while focusing on the union of the mind and body.

 

 

Yogalates

Thursdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

This class integrates the core strengthening and proper alignment principles of Pilates with the connection of breath and movement of Yoga.

Water Aerobics

Zumba

This feel good workout is fun for everyone. Burn calories and sculpt your body while working out to dance themes that create an exciting and effective fitness experience.
