Allen is a Sports Performance Coach at BFT.  As a former Naval helicopter crewman, Allen understands the role that discipline and dedication play in a person's life.  Training all ages, Allen will work with you to individualize a program that highlights speed, power, strength, and athletic performance. Furthermore, Allen strives to develop his athletes mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Kenny has been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years and joins BFT after owning and operating his own personal training studio for over 17 years with his wife, Teresa.  As a motivator and leader in the field, fitness is absolutely his ministry and believes in the importance of training your body, mind, and spirit each day.  His motto: “Eat Right, Keep It Tight, Get Fit For Life, and Have a Salad Tonight!”

Teresa has been a certified Master Personal Trainer for over 20 years and joins BFT after co-owning and operating a personal training studio with her husband, Kenny.  A leader in the senior population, Teresa serves as an Activity Specialist and Manager at the Arbutus Senior Center.  She also teaches aerobics and Zumba classes, while assisting her clients with their nutritional needs to further their success.  Her passion is to reach everyone with her “Fit for Life” motto.

Robin has over 25 years of experience as a Master Personal Fitness Trainer and Aqua Instructor. His experiences encompass working with weight loss, post rehab, joint replacement, cardiac, arithritic, Alzeimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and diabetic clients both on land and in the water.  His motto: "If you're not exercising regularly and dieting correctly, you're aging faster than you need to be!"

Sabrina, a national amateur athlete as a Bikini GrandMaster Bodybuilder, joins BFT with a focus to help women over the age of 40. Sabrina believes that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all work together for the success of the individual. Sabrina helps her clients set attainable goals to help them reach the best version of themselves by learning proper health techniques and incorporating exercise into their daily life while battling against a busy lifestyle.  In addition to her commitment of helping others, Sabrina competes as a nationally ranked athlete in the National Physique Committee of Body Building.
