JETT Training Elements


JETT Weekly Classes

90 minute Stroke Development classes are designed to increase the number of balls hit per hour.  These classes focus on proper technique through repetition.  Stroke Development classes also offer 30 minutes of match-play experience.


3 hour Match Play classes are designed to reinforce stroke and tactical development.  They allow JETT members to improve technique while also gaining an understanding of tactics that work at high level tournament competition.



JETT Tournament Training

All JETT members are strongly encouraged to participate in USTA-sanctioned tournaments throughout the year.  For a complete tournament schedule, check out the link below.

JETT Fitness

Twice a week, JETT members have the chance to participate in a free hour-long workout with Personal Trainer, Tyrone Griffin. The primary goal of these sessions is to help increase agility, strength, footwork, and stamina.  


Furthermore, JETT players work with Sports Performance Coach Allen Seals during each one of their weekly classes.  Through various exercises and drills, Coach Allen works to improve the players' control of their bodies, giving them better balance, and to better the players' strength and conditioning to enhance their performance on the court and help with injury reduction.



JETT Summer Camp

Located at Hayfield's Country Club, the outdoor summer camp is for advanced-level JETT members.  Outdoor camp sessions run from 8:30am - 4pm daily Monday through Friday. 


There 12 one-week sessions offer stroke development, tournament training, match play, and sports performance training.  Each camper receives daily instruction from Certified Tennis Professionals.
